Payment Stability & Security Enhancements


Behind-the-scenes improvements have been implemented across multiple payment gateways to strengthen transaction handling and long-term security. 


These updates improve internal validation, transaction consistency, refund processing visibility, and sensitive data protection.


Financial & Reporting Accuracy Improvements


Several Refinements were delivered to improve reporting reliability and financial accuracy including;

  • Correction of GST/Tax handling in varied-rate jurisdictions
  • Additional SMS Search functionality for Self-Managed users
  • Improved visibility if imported vouchers in Report Builder
  • Strengthened data refresher fail-safes to prevent stale reporting data


Booking & Console Experience Refinements

  • Booking.com authentication updated to support new token based requirements
  • Address field visibility improved in Operator Consoles



Coming Soon 


Payment Gateway iFrame Security Enhancements 


We will be rolling out updated iFrame integrations across all payment gateways over the coming months to improve end‑to‑end security and browser compatibility. The upgrade is designed to strengthen data isolation and reduce surface area for potential fraud without changing the customer checkout experience. Support will be able to enable the new iFrame behavior via the Gateway settings once the rollout begins.


Optional 3‑D Secure (3DS) support


We are introducing optional 3DS Secure verification for card payments/ When enabled, guests may be prompted by their bak to complete a two factor authentication step during payment authorisation. 3DS can help reduce declined payments and liability for some types of fraud. The feature will be configurable by our Support Team.


Both the iFrame and 3DS changes will be introduced in phased stages with a pilot window for early testers, followed by wider release. If you are interested in being an early implementer of either of these additional security features, please reach out to our support team.
