New filters allow limiting large result sets by operator, location and date range; the report now defaults to loading the last two weeks to keep results concise. Filters selected in the VC calendar are carried over and CSV exports include applied filters. Page layout has been widened for better readability.

Bookings can now continue smoothly after two unsuccessful registration validation attempts. Validation messaging has been clarified to let users know when they may proceed without further validation, ensuring a smoother booking flow across gadgets, affiliates, guests and consoles

Customised Cancellation Letters

Customised cancellation letters set to trigger ‘when booking cancels’ will now trigger as expected for future cancellations. To avoid duplicate correspondence, the change is not applied retroactively to bookings that have already been cancelled

Payment Gateway iFrame Security Enhancements 

We will be rolling out updated iFrame integrations across all payment gateways over the coming months to improve end‑to‑end security and browser compatibility. The upgrade is designed to strengthen data isolation and reduce surface area for potential fraud without changing the customer checkout experience. Support will be able to enable the new iFrame behavior via the Gateway settings once the rollout begins.

Optional 3‑D Secure (3DS) support

We are introducing optional 3DS Secure verification for card payments/ When enabled, guests may be prompted by their bak to complete a two factor authentication step during payment authorisation. 3DS can help reduce declined payments and liability for some types of fraud. The feature will be configurable by our Support Team.
