Added Features

Retail (POS) Group By Filter added to Stock Reporting


Stock History, Stocktake, Stock Adjustments, Stock Transfers and Stock on Hand report results can now be grouped by Product (default), Supplier or Category.




Retail (POS) Quick Checkout Functionality - it's back baby!

Retail (POS) users will again have the ability to complete a 'Quick Checkout;, negating the need to enter an Amount Tendered and instead processing the charge as per the Total and going straight to receipt display




Retail (POS) Pending Stock Adjustments

Retail (POS) users now have the ability to set a Stock Adjustment to Pending. A Total Net Cost field has also been exposed, whose total will auto calculate based on the value entered into the Adjustment field.




Item Details Gadget now shows Availability

Guests can now see availability reflected on the calendar at the Item Details Gadget level when clicking 'Unavailable'

  • Retail (POS) Net Cost and GST fields exposed on Product List page

  • Retail (POS) Booking Fees (if setup) will auto apply to all Retail (POS) Sales

  • Retail (POS) Product Suppliers can now be assigned within the Product setup. Note Products are limited to one (1) supplier.

  • Retail (POS) Product PLU Code exposed on Cart, Checkout and Receipt. Receipts can now ben re-sent from the View Sales screen

  • Retail (POS) Hit 'Enter' on the keyboard instead of clicking 'Find' on the Product List page after typing into a free text field (Name, Supplier)

  • Retail (POS) Updates made to ensure consistency in terminology

  • Retail (POS) GST display corrected on Receipts

  • Staff Console Reservation Search status filter now return results when all status' are selected. Booked By filter (dropdown) results also enhanced to improve performance and usability.

  • Linked Unit Closures open and close as expected when using the 'Calendar' screen

  • Operator Consoles will now return reservations made by a since unlinked Visitor Centre as a result when using the Reservation Search

  • Accom and Tour product configuration changes can be saved without error

  • Operator Terms and Conditions reflected in 'Terms and Conditions' popup on booking gadget checkout pages

  • Guests and Operators can now remove stored credit card details as required
