Enhanced Features
Minimum Business Details Requirements - ATO Sharing Economy Reporting Regime
To comply with the ATO Sharing Economy Reporting Regime, we are required to collect and report specific business details for all operators using Bookeasy. As a result, the following fields are now mandatory in the Business Details section of the Bookeasy Operator Console.
ABN - Australian Business Number
Physical/Business [Trading] Address
Postal Address [if different from the above]
If these fields are currently empty in the operator console, the next time someone views this page, an error message will advise the fields must be completed before you can save the page.
Note: The address fields must also be completed in the Business Location section.

Operator/Affiliate Email Address Edits
Booking Centre staff are now able to edit the email address tagged against usernames
This functionality is located in the left hand menu. Operators > User Operator Accounts
After searching for the operator name, the pencil on the right hand side allows the email address to be edited.
For affiliates - This functionality is located in the left hand menu. Affiliatess > User Affiliates Accounts

Bug Fixes
Unable to view multiple pages of Receipts in Point of Sale [22413]
Rectified an issue where multiple pages of receipts existed on a given day in Point of Sale. Staff are now able to view past page one.
Property Calendar Reason History displaying incorrect date and timestamp [22369]
Fixed an issue where the date and timestamps were incorrectly displaying in the Property Calendar.
Unable to remove tokenised credit card details [22453]
Resolved an issue where guests/staff were unable to remove the credit card details tokenised/stored against their booking. Staff may now remove these details, allowing a payment link to be sent to the guest.
