Bookeasy should be easier mainly for the guests; not the tour operator.
Since switching, I have received a few phone calls asking for our availability. I thought it was because travel restrictions have been lifted and people are anxious to getaway.
I went onto our website to check availability and I had to enter each date I was interested in - individually. This is a huge time-waster for our potential guests and I feel we have lost a few bookings already due to this huge flaw to make bookings easier for guests.
Why can't a calendar be available which shows which dates are not available and the rates on the dates which are available? See attached
