Credit Card Vault Retirement

As part of our ongoing commitment to PCI DSS compliance and secure payment processing, the Credit Card Vault is being retired as of the 31st December 2026.

Once the Credit Card Vault is retired, you will no longer be able to manually view or retrieve guest credit card details from ResOnline.

To continue securely processing guest payments, you will need to connect a supported payment gateway prior to this deadline. This allows card details to be securely tokenised and payments to be processed without exposing the guest's card information.

Connect Bookeasy Pay

If you would like to use Bookeasy Pay, our integrated payment gateway, you can submit your application directly through ResOnline.

To get started:

1. Log in to ResOnline.

2. Go to Setup > Property Details.

3. Select the Payment Options tab.

4. Select Bookeasy Pay from the menu on the left.

5. Complete and submit your Bookeasy Pay application.

Once your application has been approved and your gateway connected, we will be in contact to switch on the gateway and share with you how you will charge the card moving forward. 

Important: A supported payment gateway must be connected before the Credit Card Vault is retired to ensure you can continue processing guest payments.
