Added Features
Amend Booking Question Answers for On Request (24 Hour) Bookings
Bookeasy now allows Guests to modify Single Choice, Multiple Choice and Text based Booking Question Answers for Unconfirmed Bookings via the Guest Console.
Once the modification has been processed, the Guest will receive an updated Reservation Confirmation Email to reflect the changes.
Product and Date Selection Remembered for Tour Bookings
Return guests making a Tour booking will have their date and product selection remembered after they have completed the ‘Sign In’ authentication during the booking process.
