Point of Sales (POS)
Food and Beverage Management
Bookeasy now offers F&B Management through its Point of Sales (POS) feature, which can be accessed via the Retail section of the Dashboard and Left Hand Menu.
This new feature allows you to View, Track and Clear F&B Orders via the bookeasy system.
The receipt displayed after making an F&B Sale through POS will include a kitchen / cafe docket with a unique order number, that can be presented to kitchen / cafe staff for collection.
Edit Product Price in POS Cart
POS Products can now be set up to allow their price to be edited during the sale process, via the POS Cart.
Operators (Left Menu Section)
View Accounting Codes
View Accounting Codes has been added to the ‘Operators’ Left Menu section. This page allows the management of GL and Cost Centre Codes per operator
Operator User Accounts
Located in the ‘Operators’ Left Menu section, allowing motherships to send their Operators a ‘Reset Password’ link via email.

Cash Transactions will have a rounding record added to sales in line with currency settings
Smart Pay Transaction Number now appears on Bookeasy Receipt

Cart Items clear from Bookeasy when switching between user accounts
