Improvements:

Activities 2.0 Project

Our API connection with partner connected tour operators connected via livn has received a massive improvement to functionality via a new API connection.  The first phase will apply to livn operators.
Custom Rates, booking extras and fees are now able to seamlessly feed into Bookeasy.


A webinar for booking centres is occurring on Wednesday September 27 2023 @ 1pm AEST; your attendance is highly recommended.  This webinar will be recorded.

When a booking is made for a tour operator online, or via the staff console, all information will filter through from livn during the booking process, along a much broader selection of product to be available.


The display of the booking process will reflect these changes, with a popup screen replacing the normal booking process.



A final confirmation of the booking will be visible prior to committing to the shopping cart.



The shopping cart/itinerary will reflect some display changes.




Bug Fixes:


Closing Availability in the Property Manager Calendar adjusts overall Availability (20166)

Resolved a recent issue where centres with the Calendar add on for self managed product was not updating the overall availability..


Product Review Question not appearing for Operators connected to Self Managed Centres (19844)

Booking centres with self managed product are now able to access product review questions at the operator level.


Pages not loading in Point of Sale (19848)

Resolved an issue for booking centres using Point of Sale who were unable to click on Next Page.


Guest Initiated Cancellations deleting Internal Notes (20197)

Resolved an issue where internal notes were being deleted when guests cancelled a booking via the Guest Console.


Unable to access operator returns via the purple banner within an itinerary (19956)

Sporadic reports identified an issue where some staff members were unable to access an operator return via the itinerary.  This functionality is now working as expected.


Specials not showing online (19991)

An issue where specials were on appearing online for booking centes has now been resolved.
