When making a POS sale, staff will be able to add contact details and send a receipt via email to the customer
If contact details have been entered and need to be removed before a sale is made, staff can either edit the contact details and remove them, or they can click the “Clear Contact Details” button to remove them in one easy step.
We have a new email template for when retail sales are sent to guests. The template is simple, utilises the itinerary logo and footer setup in staff consoles, and includes the A4 receipt as a PDF attachment.
We have a new Sales report in the staff console at Retail > View Sales
We’ve also introduced some new permissions, which can be seen in the staff console on the Users > User Permissions page
Automated Refunds Queue not picking up some Operator Cancellation Fees (19249)
Resolved a bug where some operator fees were not picked up during the guest online cancellation process.
