Improvements & Bug Fixes:

Bulk Messaging - Remove mandatory requirement for SMTP Email Server Settings [#18416]

Setting up SMS bulk messaging is no longer dependents on needing to also setup SMTP email server settings for an email message backup.  This also applies to SMS Global API settings when using the bulk messaging functionality.

Agent vs Guest Login [#18570]

Resolved an issue where centres were unable to login to their affiliate consoles.

Affiliate Names in 'Booked by' field [#18475]

Affiliate names will now appear as the 'Booked By' value in operator consoles when an operator views an affiliate booking on their reservations list.
