Improvements & Bug Fixes:

Adding housekeeping notes was returning a time-out error [#18375]

Resolved a time-out error for a specific Operator console when housekeeping notes were being added to a booking. 

Some operators were appearing unavailable online [#18418]

Resolved an issue where sporadic operators were showing unavaiable in the gadgets when they were active, had rates, availability and no stopsells.   

Payment allocation issue for a specific VCID [#18412]

Resolved an issue where a VCID reported unusual payment allocations had occurred to a booking that resulted in being unable to record payments or refunds correctly.

Error message for a specific VCID when doing an Accom Search [#18575]

Resolved an unexpected error message for a single VCID when conducting an Accommodation Search via their staff console.

Custom Letter Enhancements [#18480]

Implemented additional logic to our recently improved custom letters functionality at the Operator console level. This ensures specific rules are applied to when a letter is sent or not sent to guests.  


Option to Archive Inactive Agents at an Room or Tour Manager console level [#18524]

Operators using Room or Tour Manager create their own agents (affiliates) but were unable to archive those no longer active. This function has been introduced to assist Operators who manage large amounts of agents.
