Bookeasy conducted a scheduled development release on the evening of 10/05/2022 which included a range of system enhancements specific to the 'Guest Self Management' project. This included logic changes to the way the Bookeasy system records bookings and payments as we have introduced self managed cancellation/modification functionality policy rules. During our pre-release quality assurance testing all bookings processed as per expected behaviour including those with 'linked products'.
On 11/05/2022 we received reports that a specific booking scenario was failing in the live environment causing an error message to display to the user. This was investigated and isolated to any booking that included a booking question with 'linked product'. All other common booking scenarios were being processed without error.
A permanent fix was deployed at approx 8pm AEST on 12/05/2022 and the issue is now resolved.
