DESCRIPTION

Bookeasy's internal monitoring systems alerted the team to a stability issue with the webAPI. The impact of this meant that some online users would have been unable to complete bookings or experience slow load times during the booking process. 

Upon immediate investigation the root cause was identified and on-call senior developers worked quickly to restore the webAPI to full capacity.
