Payment Gateway Security Enhancements
The payments process across our entire product suite has been refactored and enhanced, in order to increase security and support for the verification of credit cards when gateway transactions are processed through gateway providers that support tokenization.
POS Returns not being counted in Exceptions Report [#16973]
We have resolved an issue where a POS item may cause itineraries to be incorrectly shown in the Exception Report.
Warning prompt for changes in room unit not showing [#17038]
An issue where attempting to change the number of rooms in a room type wouldn't actually change the number of rooms/units has been rectified
Reformat Reporting Fields [#17038]
Some fields in Report Builder have been reformatted to be able to display Date/Times correctly. Also, fields were reformatted to not include commas.
Update API to allow websites to show Business Types [#16879]
Bookeasy has allowed for Operators to have up to 4 Business Types but websites could only display 3. We now allow websites to display up to 4 Business Types.
Incorrect GST amount generating from Report Builder [#17038]
We have updated a few fields in Report Builder to display the correct GST amounts.
Incorrect package redirect via the ABE [#17245]
We have resolved an issue where the ABE would send potential guests to the Bookeasy Home Page when clicking on a package that included a Room/Ticket/Car Hire product. They will now be sent to the correct page for any package.
Error cancelling bookings which results to no cancellation email being sent [#17255]
On certain occasions, bookings with Car Hire products would not send cancellation emails when the booking was cancelled. This has now been resolved.
