Improvements & Bug Fixes:

New Console Upgrade for Travellers

The console that allows a guest or traveller to view their booking and/or make a payment has been given a major enhancement in this release.

With a focus on mobile responsiveness, this first iteration will provide travellers with an enhanced experience when viewing their reservations, with better search options and call to actions for making payments and viewing bookings on an itinerary. 

The status of a booking and whether an outstanding payment is owing is clearer, with itineraries now split between those that are upcoming, past itineraries and those that have had all an itinerary’s bookings cancelled.

In addition, we’ve also introduced the payment history for each itinerary viewed.

The changes made also place this platform for travellers on an upgraded pathway that will allow us to make future improvements as we work towards providing additional self-service features still to come.

Custom Affiliate (Agent) Branding [#16998]

We have provided the ability for affiliates of a centre to have their own branding on the emails received by their guests. When making a booking through those affiliate links, the guest will receive an itinerary and a payment confirmation, each of these containing the affiliates logo, heading and footer.

Payment Split Error [#16919]

We have resolved an error where certain payment splits would require a value with 3 decimal places. This will no longer occur.

New Expiry Date Option[#16850]

All Tour Operators are now able to add an expiration date to their products. This will allow guests to purchase a product with a set redemption period allowing them the flexibility needed for these current times.

The current options for selecting an Expiration Date are:

  1. No Expiration
  2. Expires a number of days after purchase
  3. Expires a number of days after the activity start date
  4. Expires on a specific date

If the booking is to be amended the expiration date will not change, ensuring that the expiration date cannot be extended.
