Improvements & Bug Fixes:


New Promotions Travel Date Validation [#16676]

The "Check-In Date Range" configuration option for Promotions has been upgraded to a new "Travel Date Range" validation. This means that in order to be eligible for a promotional discount, each booked product's start and end date period must now be on or within the Travel Date Range/s configured.

Please note:

  • Accommodation products booked can depart on the day after the travel End Date specified and remain eligible.
  • This upgrade automatically applies to all new and existing promotions configured.

Editing a Booking's Expiry Date [#16696]

When editing bookings, Staff can now modify the Expiry Date for any booking that has an Expiry Date applied.

Affiliate Commission & Agent Voucher Payments [#16773]

A new configuration option has been introduced for Credit and Net Agents, allowing you to prevent any applicable Commission and/or Agent Voucher payments from being recorded when bookings are made by these Affiliate types. If enabled for a Credit or Net Agent, these payments will not be recorded when a booking is made by the Affiliate, and therefor won't offset the balance owing on the itinerary. This setting can be enabled when editing an Affiliate, and is disabled by default.

Confirming On Request Car Hire Bookings [#16591]

Resolved a bug that prevented on request car hire bookings from being confirmed, when the action was attempted via the car hire operator's console.

PDF Itinerary for Package Bookings [#16642]

Fixed a formatting issue that could cause the terms and conditions for some package products booked from displaying in full on the printable PDF itinerary.

Applying a Card Expiry When Recording a Gateway Payment [#16655]

Resolved an issue that could prevent staff from applying a credit card's expiry month/year when recording a Gateway payment via the "Record Other Payment" option on a reservation.
