Software Release 30/09/2020
Bookeasy successfully released the below changes into the live production system overnight. Should you require further information in regards to any of the below features, please reach out to our friendly Bookeasy Support team who will be more than happy to help.
Improvements & Bug Fixes:
Bookeasy Promotions [#15390], [#15508]
Bookeasy Promotions now provide promo code discount support for Packages that include products from Partner Connected tourism operators (i.e. Rezdy, FareHarbor, LIVN and YesBookit). This includes packages where the cost of each product uses the operator's supplied rates, and/or packages configured with rate overrides for the products linked to a package.
Logged In Session Timeouts [#15524]
We've increased the active login session time to 10 hours, and have resolved an issue that prevented the user from remaining logged in whilst active, after their session had expired. This means that you should be less likely to find yourself randomly logged out of Bookeasy. We also resolved a bug that was logging the user out to an error screen as opposed to the Bookeasy login screen, so if you ever do get logged out after a period of 10 hours of non-activity, then you will be logged out to the Bookeasy login screen as expected.
Guest Tax Invoices [#15073]
If a booking is made by a credit affiliate or affiliate that records an internal "Commissions" and/or "Agent Voucher" payment, these recorded payments will not appear on the guest's Tax Invoice.
Quote Functionality [#15405]
Resolved an issue that prevented quotes from being saved when made via the Bookeasy Staff Console.
Report Builder [#15521], [#15523], [#15545], [#15550]
Styling tweaks have been made to Report Builder's user interface, including support that will allow Bookeasy to create bespoke custom reports on behalf of Destination Partners so they can be run via Report Builder and benefit from its performance and Reporting API offering.
Operator Notes [#15558]
Resolved an issue where the operator's "Important Information" notes displayed on the Bookeasy Staff Console's Accommodation Search "Add to Cart" modal, displayed the notes as "Model.Notes" instead of the actual notes.
