Software Release 16/06/2020

Bookeasy successfully released the below changes into the live production system overnight. Should you require further information in regards to any of the below features, please reach out to our friendly Bookeasy Support team who will be more than happy to help.

Improvements & Bug Fixes:

Shopping Cart CSS upgrades [#14897]
Great news! We've enhanced the shopping cart in the staff console. This improves the look and we have also improved the saving of booking questions, cost overriders and revising the cart.

An example can be viewed here

Region Search Displaying Incorrect Results [#14848]
We have resolved an issue where the region search via the beGadgets and in the Bookeasy Distribution Network was not filtering locations correctly.

Can't Save 4 Business Types [#14782]

You'll now be able to save 4 business types against an operator, previously this was capped at 2 types.

Commissions Logic For Multiple Promotions [#14911]
Some logic changes for multiple promotions have been made. Now the system will always select the highest commission value charged out of all of the promotions applied to a booking. This commission value will be used when processing the operator return.

Cart Override Total Not Working For Multi-Product [#14874]
With the shopping cart CSS changes we have resolved an issue where if multiple cost overrides are applied in the shopping cart, these will now save as expected.

SMS notification not being sent to operators [#14854]
SMS messages will now be generated as expected to operators. We have now updated our connection to an API method rather than the traditional email integration.

YesBookit Additional Rooms [#14849]
We have fixed an issue where if a YesBookit partner connected operator was linked to a centre other than their mothership a duplicate room was created each time. Now the 1 room will be displayed allowing operators to be shared across the network.

Unable to remove products from RM/TM OBE [#14784]
We have updated the cart on the Room/Tour operator booking engines to allow for a product to be deleted.
