Improvements & Bug Fixes:


Tour/Activity End Date [#14843]
Great news! Tour and activity operators can now set an end date for their products. End dates include being able to set the expiration of a product to a certain date or a set number of days from the purchase.

The end date or expiry date of the product will also show on all correspondence.

Letters in Email History [#14855]
We have resolved an issue where custom letters generated from Room and Tour Manager were not being stored in the email history screen.


Letter Sending Speed Enhancement[#14800]
We've improved the custom letters generated from Room and Tour Manager, where the emailing service has been upgraded and the speed of sending letters has been improved.


Agent Commission Report [#14570]
We resolved an issue where if a product was inactive the incorrect product name was shown on the report. Now the correct product will display regardless of the status.


Validate Email Addresses and Phone Numbers [#14767]
We have made a change where email and phone numbers will now be validated in the booking process (if fields are set to  mandatory). This is a required change for an upcoming project with guest notifications and SMS alerts.


Reminder that you can switch on/off mandatory fields under 'Booking Form Fields' settings in your Bookeasy Console.  This functionality currently only applies for internal bookings, and has not been applied to the beGadgets.


Payments Not Recorded in Bookeasy [#14819]
We have resolved an issue where a payment was not added to some bookings when the response from the gateway was delayed.


Update Social Buttons [#14519]
We have updated the internal social media links across all login pages.


Update Online Help Links [#14430]
We have updated the internal online help links for all consoles.
