Improvements & Bug Fixes:


HTML Elements for OBE/ABE [#10938]
An operator's business description will now honour basic HTML elements when displayed on an Operator or Affiliate Booking Engine, such as p, b, br, i, em tags.


Partner Connection Report Builder Booking Stats [#14318]
We've improved Bookeasy's Report Builder to include partner connection data at a booking level. As a result, the Bookings table now includes the following columns for use:

  • Partner (name i.e. LivnGroup, Rezdy, FareHarbor)
  • PartnerBookingReference
  • PartnerId

This means you can create and obtain reports on individual bookings that include this partner connection data if applicable.


Operator Returns Preview CSV Export [#14446]
Resolved an issue preventing the operator returns preview table from being exported to CSV.


Rezdy Booking Cost Totals [#14498]
Resolved an issue where the booking value of a partner connected Rezdy operator was supplied to us via the Rezdy API with 4 decimal places. This would cause issues when recording payments in Bookeasy. Changes have been made so that the value stored in Bookeasy's database is always correctly rounded to 2 decimal places.


Spelling Error on Cart Gadget [#14576]
There was a spelling error on the cart gadget for "Booking Question Anwers". We've now reolved it.


Duplicate Rezdy Rate Types [#14578]
Resolved an issue with the Partner API refresh that could, at times, cause a Rezdy operator's rate types to display more than once.


Importing Inactive Booking Questions [#14579]
Resolved an issue with the Rezdy Partner API whereby inactive Rezdy booking questions were still being imported and made active in Bookeasy.


Direct Connect Cancellation Emails [#14640]
Resolved an issue that was preventing cancellation emails from being properly stored in Bookeasy's email history for destination partners using the Direct Connect payment model.


Internal Only Rate Type for Activities [#14444]
Resolved an issue to ensure that if a tour and activities rate type is set as "Internal Only", that rate is only made available to book via the Bookeasy Staff Console (and not the online gadgets and/or OBE).
