Promo Codes Not Showing On ABE or OBE [#14512]
We have created an option where an operator using the OBE or Affiliate using the ABE can now show the promo code option on checkout.
There is now an option to show promo codes on the checkout. This will allow you to setup your affiliates or operators to who their own promo codes for use on their own websites. If you want to find out more regarding promo codes please contact Bookeasy support.
Provide Email History in Room and Tour Manager [#14367]
Clients using the enhanced Room or Tour manager consoles will be able to view their email history for items sent. Example: Itineraries, Letters, Tax invoices etc.
This will be available under the Make/Manage booking left hand menu item.
Please note that only emails from the point of the release roughly 9.30pm AEST 18/03/2020 will be available to be viewed.
Can't run report [#14440]
We had some clients report that the payment history could not be run across an entire month. This was caused by some bookings having special characters on them, so the report would not run on a date where a customer had a special character in their name. This has now been resolved and reports should be run as expected.
Rezdy price rounding [#14498]
We have resolved an issue where for some Rezdy products the cost would show as 4 decimal places EG $1097.5499. This has been resolved to show the correct price of $1097.55 should the Rezdy rate return 4 decimal places.
Booking Questions Not Stored Agaisnt Booking [#14501]
We have resolved an issue where Booking Questions would not be displayed in the operator console for some bookings. This was related to a custom addon and the booking questions are shown as expected
Cancellation emails not being sent [#14531]
We have resolved an issue where direct connect operators who cancelled the booking from their account, no cancellation email was generated.
Operator Types Not Showing [#14536]
We identified an issue after the last release where if a centre had an inactive operator type, that type didn't show in the operator drop down list for operator types, however is still attached the operator in the database meaning it could not be turned off agaisnt an operator.
Now what will occur is if an operator is mapped to an inactive operator type, Bookeasy will still display the type in in the operator drop down (so it can be unselected). Once the type is inactive and that operator is not linked to the operator type, the operator type will not display to be selected.
Add Stay Date to Reservation Search [#14540]
Room and Tour manager operators will now have the ability to search their reservations by Stay Date as a filter. Previously you could only search booking or arrival date.
Quote Emails Not Sending [#14489]
Resolved an issue where if multiple quotes were submitted at the same time, only 1 email was generated to the customer. Now an email per item in the quote will be sent to the customer.
Booking Summary Timing Out [#14530]
We have resolved an issue where the booking summary reportwas timing out for some users.
