Behind the scenes, Bookeasy has been hard at work creating a new and improved tour and activities search.  Although the project is still under development, Bookeasy has released its first iteration of the new search screen which has a main focus in providing Staff Console users the ability to find tour and activity products faster than ever before.  In the coming days Bookeasy will be reaching out to selected destination partners in order to commence pilot testing the new search screen, with more to come in the coming weeks as we progress with development.  Stay tuned!


Additional enhancements have been made to the Affiliate Booking Engine (ABE).  Affiliates can now force, limit or set default regions or locations for when their ABE page's display to customers.  Affiliates can now also set a default date to display, typically used if an Affiliate is focussed on displaying product for an event.  These new settings can be found on the setup screen's of the ABE in each Affiliate console.


Search functionality has been introduced when selecting an operator in the Bookeasy Staff Console's Operator Manifest. Users can now type to search for their operator inoreder to quickly find and select it when wanting to load a manifest.

Bug Fixes:

Report Builder Fee Value Display [#12619]
Resolved a javascript issue that caused 0.00 fee values to display as "NaN" in the report builder.  These values will now correctly display as 0.00.

Online Booking Engine (OBE) Responsive Styling for Tours [#12652]
Adjusted the responsive styling of the OBE for tour operators to ensure the Book Now buttons for tour products always display correctly when rendered on mobile phones.

Booking Questions when Confirming Bookings [#12695]
Resolved an issue that would result in answered booking questions from not displaying in the Bookeasy Staff Console after a non-confirmed booking was confirmed. As a result, if a 24hr "On Request" non-confirmed booking is made, whereby the customer answers booking questions at the time of booking, these questions will still be displayed after the booking is confirmed.
