PARTNER CONNECTION STATUS PAGE
Bookeasy is excited to be releasing a new menu item and function for clients. The Bookeasy staff console, now has the ability where a centre can refresh their own partner connected operators, YAY!!! This means no more needing to call or email support to complete this step.

AUTO-POPULATE ON CHECKOUT
Included in this release is a new button on the customer checkout screen via your staff console. There is a new auto-populate button. Clicking this will populate the entire customer checkout page with quick booking information. This change was made on requests from clients who take bookings were the customer name or details are not important, E.G Hop on Hop Off buses, local events etc.
ADD XML LOGS TO RESERVATIONS SCREEN
Getting asked to provide XML logs to operators for bookings? Good news is in this release there will be 2 new buttons on the reservations screen, allowing you to download the XML messages and provide these to operators.
- XML logs expire 7 days after the customer has checked out.
- When providing XML messages you need to provide the request and response.
- When providing these files they should be saved in notepad as a .txt file. You can also add the text to MSword if required.
PREVENT NEW PARTNER CONNECTION WHEN OPERATOR IS LIVE WITH ANOTHER CONNECTION
This change will only affect the staff at Bookeasy HQ for now, however operators will no longer be able to be connected to a new Tour Partner connection without first disconnecting the old connection first.
OPTIMIZE EXPENSIVE DATABASE QUERIES
The system which monitors Bookeasy alerted us to 4 slow queries which have been re-written for speed improvements, this includes getoperatorinformation, tour search, retail sales list.
TICKET SCANNER ALLOWING CANCELLED BOOKINGS
The ticket scanner for ticketed events will no longer allow cancelled bookings to be scanned. If a cancelled booking is used, an alert will be shown to the user.
DETAILED PAYMENT BREAKDOWN
A re-factor of the detailed payment breakdown report was required as some clients were getting unexpected errors when pulling some data.
Misc bookings showing on manifest
Some clients had reported miscellaneous bookings were showing on some operator manifests, this will now no longer display
Cant delete facility items
We made a change that now allows you to delete facility items even if the type is mapped against the operator. This means you no longer have to go un-map all the facility items stored against an operator in order to delete the item.
Operator booking engine logo
Resolved an issue where the logo on the footer of the OBE was not centered on mobile devices.
OBE Booking Questions
Resolved an issue where if multiple booking question were used for cost adjustments only a certain number were shown. Now all questions will work as expected.
Room and Tour Manager letters
Resolved an issue where if the send and copy me in was used from letters no email was generated. This is no longer the case.
