There have been sporadic reports where some clients may have bookings showing on their return summary page, when saved does not save on the actual return. This means the return needs to be re-run over and over for the results to display on the return.
This issue has been isolated to be caused by a bug between Internet Explorer and the Javascript on the page.
Whilst we work on a resolution to this task, a work around is available of using either Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox as your browser when running returns.
