ALLOCATION OF PAYMENTS TO CANCELLED BOOKINGS/FEES
A large number lot of support tickets and calls have been around centres not being able to refund operators because of cancelled fees or cancelled bookings. This was caused as Bookeasy cancellation process was not followed, we have tweaked payment allocations to allow a user to cancel a booking in any order and refunds should be able to be processed. Please see the following guide for how to cancel a booking
LIVN INTEGRATION: UNABLE TO BOOK $0 PRODUCT
We have introduced the ability to book $0 product through the LIVN partner connection. This allows operators to still manage their availability through their Tour Management System whilst selling free product.
*note* This is not available through the Rezdy partner connection.
OPERATOR CANCELLATION FEES ON REMITTANCE ADVICE
Improvements have to include the original booking number in the operator cancellation fees.
Improvements to our monthly invoices to include the LIVN fees as a seperate line item.
Bookeasy has implemented Raygun monitoring across all of our products, meaning we have better clarity on page load times or errors individual users may experience allowing us to fix these pages improving the overall experience.
Bookeasy has made some tweaks to the webAPI to ensure the remaining beGadgets instances use this API.
CHANNEL MANAGER SERVICE
Switched the following Channel partners across to the improved channel manager service: v3, TravelClick, UseRoss, Beds24, BookandLink, NewbookNZ, Allotz
Fixed a bug where some centers itinerary overrides were showing, despite the override option not being ticked.
Packages via the ABE
Fixed a bug that prevented packages from being booking through the Affiliate Booking Engine (ABE).
Tour Types not displaying
Fixed a bug where the tour types weren't displaying for some customers on the beGadgets
Default Booking Locations
Fixed a bug where the custom booking locations were not displaying on legacy web pages, also fixed a bug where booking locations where displaying as stock location in the POS system, even though they were set to not be a stock locations.
Emails not being sent
Fixed the last remaining bug which may of caused emails not to fire if the payment took longer to save than expected.
