What's New?!


Bookeasy Booking ID's now sent to Rezdy

Bookeasy will now include it's own Booking ID when sending reservation information to Rezdy. This ID will be located in Rezdy's 'reseller reference' field via their API.




Improvements


Automatically Set <sendbookingnotifications' as True

Should a Bookeasy user connect their Bookeasy Console up with their Channel Manager, the Channel Manager's Support Team is required to complete the step of ensuring that 'send booking notifications' is set to True. This however, is oftentimes not actioned by the channel manager, causing connection issues between the two systems. Bookeasy have since ensured that this is automatically set to True to avoid any future complications.


Partner Connection > Disconnection Enhancements

When a partner connected operator was disconnected by Bookeasy Support Staff, it was creating some loose ends in the back end of the system. This process has since been cleaned up and is now much smoother and neater


POS Payment Locations Remembered when Editing

When editing any details of an existing payment, the 'Payment Location' will now be remembered upon saving the changes made.


Operator Booking Engine Improvements

Should a guest be flicking quickly between dates on an Operator's Bookeasy Booking Engine, the page will now keep up with those changes and will display results as expected


POS Reporting Reviewed

There are a number of POS Reports available throughout Bookeasy, all of which have now been reviewed and enhanced where required. The figures shown in these reports now balance across all areas of the system


Legacy Image Paths

An Operator's Logo Image that appears in the Bookeasy SJP now uses the same path whether the Bookeasy Console being used is Legacy or an upgraded version.




Bug Fixes


POS Sales in Exception Reports

Reservations that appear in any of the 'Exception Reports' will only be those that have an actual discrepancy that requires review. 


Exception Report > Returns

Can now be accessed as expected, without error.


Legacy Retail Sales Return

Can now be run without error, and will add itself to an existing return.
