What's New?!
Ability to Cache the Reservation Search
A new setting has been added to the Booking Administration section that when ticked, allows the Reservation Search Filters to be cached, remembering the search filters that were applied. The next time the Reservations Search page is visited, these filters will remain selected.
Clarity for Operators Bookable by AA Traveller’s Travel Centres
Bookeasy has further enhanced the 2-way API bridge service that was custom built between Bookeasy and AA Traveller’s FileMaker system, by adding visible flags in the Bookeasy Staff Console to operators who have not elected to receive bookings from AA Traveller’s nation wide Travel Centres.
This now provides AA Traveller’s centre staff clarity on who they can book, who they can’t book, and which operators they can target in order to get them bookable by their national Travel Centres!
Improvements
Room Manager, Tour Manager and Bookeasy's Booking Screen Speed Improvements
The booking screen popups throughout the Bookeasy Systems have been enhanced to ensure faster load times.
AA Traveller’s Featured Listings
At the request of AA Traveller, Bookeasy has made additional adjustments to the custom built API bridge service between Bookeasy and AA Traveller’s FileMaker system, so that a new endpoint can be used in order to ensure Bookeasy receives all pertinent operator data from FileMaker
Prior to this change AA Traveller discovered that in some cases the data they were sending to Bookeasy did not inlcude important information such as operator funded featured listings data. In turn, this data was not being exposed to Bookeasy’s SJP, of which their website leverages content and data from.
Custom Payment Summary Breakdown
Enhancements have been made to the custom built Payment Summary Breakdown for South Australia’s Department for Environment and Water, so that it can take advantage of full compatibility and data quality of Bookeasy’s recent upgrades to the way it splits and allocates payments to bookings.
Bug Fixes
ATDW Event Import
The ATDW Event Import now imports operators as expected
Split Remittance Advice on PDF Print View

An error has now been resolved that allows bookings to be made for the above operator connected via Rezdy
