POS Retail Stock Locations Enhancements

Retail Stock Locations can now be set as either a Booking Location, Stock Location, or both. This helps centres manage their retail inventory more accurately

Improvements

Internal Package Notes

The internal package notes added via Packages Setup can now be seen on the Package Details booking page, internally only. Click Here to see where these notes are now displayed

Large Red 'X' in Member Consoles

Has now been amended to a much smaller image

Remittance Advice reflects an Operator per page

When printing a remittance advice, these now include page breaks per operator, to ensure that they print as one operator per page

Report Builder

Bookeasy's Report Builder has been improved to prevent slowness and locking throughout the system, should a larger size report be run

External Booking Enhancements; Bookeasy's Distribution Network

A commission field has now been introduced in Global Commissions specifically for External Bookings.

Bug Fixes

Commissions including Cost Adjustments

Bookings that include cost adjustments now calculate commission values correctly, which are then reflected on operator itineraries

Ability to Fetch Rezdy Suppliers

The Bookeasy Support team are now able to assist a particular client in fetching and connecting operators from Rezdy

External Bookings Emails

Emails can now be sent to both Guest's and Operator's for any reservations made through Bookeasy's 'External Search'

Emails are now triggered as expected for any External Bookings made through Bookeasy
