Filter 'Returns by Operator' results by 'Booking Location'
The ability to further filter results by 'Booking Location' has been added to the 'Run Return by Operator' report.
POS Retail Stock Locations Enhancement
Bookeasy users will now be able to manage their Stock levels more efficiently with the addition of further options when setting up Locations. These can now be selected as Booking Locations, Stock Locations, or both.
Agent Booking Engine
Bookeasy are excited to showcase the brand new Agent Booking Engine. This allows Bookeasy Agents to include a Bookeasy Booking Engine on their own website.
POS Retail 'BookedBy'
Internal POS Sales now reflect's 'Booked By' as the staff member who made the sale, as opposed to a generic 'Online' tag
Rate Retrieval Enhancements
Some improvements were made to the speed in which rates are retrieved within the system
Don't Send Customer Emails for Room and Tour Manager
Room and Tour Manager clients can now request that automatic emails sent to guests be turned off. The Room and Tour Manager team can action this request on an operator's behalf
Include Bookeasy Booking Number for Livn
Bookeasy will now send it's own Booking reference number to Livn via the 'RetailRef' field. This will help operators cross check bookings from one system to another
Loggin added to SJP Calls
Bookeasy has created logging to ensure a consistently smooth booking process, as well as future proofing the Bookeasy system for further enhancements
Campaign SJP Index Improvements
Some enhancements were made to the Campaign SJP Call to ensure quicker results are returned
Rezdy Partner Mapping
Has been improved to ensure quicker results are returned
Delete Products in POS Retail
Retail products can now be deleted from the POS Product list, however only if that item does not have a transaction record stored against it. Transaction records are created when a sale is made, or stock is adjusted for the product.
Direct Connect Client Consoles Reflect Amount Due
Guests logging into their Client Console via Bookeasy's Automatic Emails will now have the correct total due displayed along with the ability to pay the balance
