Exclude Operator Terms and Conditions on Packages Gadgets
The option to hide individual operator's terms and conditions from Package Gadgets has now been added to the Package Setup screen. Applying this setting will ensure only the Visitor Centre/Booking Agent and Package Terms and Conditions are reflected
Improvements
ATDW API Updates
ATDW have updated some fields in their API that required Bookeasy to in turn, make some updates of our own to ensure the continually smooth collaboration between the two systems
External Search link Updated
Navigating to 'External Tours Search' from the left hand menu now directs users to the updated External Search page
'Quick Search' now 'Search'
To avoid confusion among our client base, Bookeasy has opted to alter the wording on the Reservation Search from 'Quick Search' to 'Search'
Auto Email Logs
Bookeasy have created logging for Automatic Emails to ensure better clarity during investigations
Operator Booking Engine Link Updated
The OBE link has now been updated in Bookeasy Member Consoles to reflect https://
SJP Performance Enhancements
Some improvements were made to Bookeasy's SJP to ensure faster result times
Inactive on Website
Will now be displayed via internal searches, next to each operator name or product that has been set to 'not display online'
Bug Fixes
POS Sale with Discount added to existing Itinerary
Retail Items sold through Bookeasy's POS, that have had a discount applied, can now been added to an existing itinerary with the discount rendering correctly
Commission applies to Amended Bookings
Should a booking be amended, any commission overrides in place will be calculated correctly and applied to the edited reservation
Commission removed from Direct Connect Correspondence
Visitor Centres/Booking Agents using Bookeasy's Direct Connect model have had the Expected Net Payment information removed from their correspondence
