Add Livn Booking's to Existing Itineraries

Livn Bookings can now be added to an existing Itinerary within the Bookeasy system. This can be achieved by entering the 'Itinerary Number' into the 'Add To Itinerary' field via Bookeay's Internal Shopping Cart. This is the same process as adding a non Livn product to an existing Itinerary

Operator Recipient Created Tax Invoice Enhancements

The team here at Bookeasy have streamlined the RCTI's that are available within Bookeasy's 'Manage Operator Returns' section. Instead of 5 versions, we now have one which can be emailed to operator's. The return ID has also been added to the RCTI sent to the operator. To see all improvements made to this area, click here


CBA Bank File Adjustment

A solution was put in place to cater for operator's whose bank accounts are 8 digits long, as opposed to the standard 9


Send Phone Numbers to Livn and Duplicate if Required

When making a booking for a Livn connected operator, phone numbers will duplicate across phone and mobile fields in Livn if set to required to avoid a failed booking. Should Livn have both phone fields set to 'not required' Bookeasy will send the collected numbers anyway.


Can Create, Amend and Delete specials which include a Decimal

Operator Specials now support decimal places, for example, and Amount Discount of $10.50 can now be applied. Percentage discounts can now also include decimal place, up to two.



Bug Fixes


Commission reflecting correctly on Emails

The Expected Commission now reflects on Itineraries correctly, and reads the correct commission amount based on the Global Defaults and Overrides setup for each operator and booking type.

Event Images now import from ATDW correctly
