What's New?!

Bookeasy Distribution Network's (BDN) External Search

Bookeasy is excited to announce the re-release of our newly refurbished External Search feature. From the standard Accommodation and Tour Search screens, you can now select the 'BOOKEASY DISTRIBUTION NETWORK' tab at the top of the page, to change the group of operators you are searching from those who are linked to your centre (My Operators) to external operators in various regions who have offered their product to your centre, through the BDN. Payment Express - Newly Integrated Gateway Technology

Bookeasy has recently enhanced its Payment Gateway offering to destination partners with the integration of the Payment Express "PxPost" API. Similar to Bookeasy’s SecurePay and eWay integrations, the PxPost API is a direct integration, allowing for greater flexibility, interoperability and booking conversion

Updated Bookeasy CTA (Call To Action) Buttons

Bookeasy has enhanced its call to action buttons on the accom and tour searches to reflect a more logical colour scheme. View information about it here

Improvements

Apply multiple search filters in Reservation Search

When searching for reservations, staff can now successfully use more than one filter at a time, to further narrow down their search results

Guest's Cancellation Request sent to Operator

Any visitor centre using the module that enables the ability for a guest's cancellation request to be sent to a centre, will be affected by this change, where the operator now receives this notification also.

Recipient Created Tax Invoice (RCTI) now grouping operators based on OperatorID

This will ensure that all bookings included on an operator's RCTI belong to the one business, removing the risk of duplication

Add Fields to 'Export Returns'

The Export of Operator Returns now reflects both the Booking Location and BookedBy information, showing you where each reservation was made and the staff member that booked it

Itinerary Vouchers 'Phone Number' field

Vouchers available on each booking will now reflect the operator's phone number as opposed to 'Mobile'if no phone number is entered into the 'Phone'field, no Phone Number field will display on the voucher.

Repeat Guests can now Login

Bookeasy's Gadgets have been optimised to allow a repeat guest the ability to login to Bookeasy Gadgets which will now populate a Guest's saved details into the checkout fields, for a faster checkout and smoother experience

Disable make booking button after one click

When clicking the make booking/sale button the button will be replaced with a loading gif after the button is clicked once. This will stop duplicate bookings being inserted.

Bug Fixes

Reminders for Booking Follow Up Flags

Are now sending out successfully for any booking where a staff member has added a 'Follow Up Reminder' flag

Are now importing correctly via the 'ÁTDW Import' area of Bookeasy's Staff Console
