Ability to Archive a Promotion
As part of a larger project, some behind the scenes work has been released in regards to the new Promotions area Bookeasy is developing
Bookeasy Quick Links
To improve a user's experience, Bookeasy have added Quick Links to the header of your Bookeasy Staff Console. These can quickly direct you to any product or reservation search from any screen within your Bookeasy Staff Console
Request to Reserve
Bookeasy have made a small change that we hope has a big impact. Instead of 24 Hour product appearing online, prompting the guest to 'Request Now', after some market research Bookeasy have elected to change this to 'Reserve Now' for all clients by default. No changes to styling are required
Booking Centre name added to Comments field in API
This will allow third party integrations to import this information into their channel manager or PMS
Delete pages from Site Content
The Bookeasy client utilising our legacy website technology is now able to delete pages from their Site Content area.
Tour Manager's Operator Bookings Only
When ticked, the product will not display as bookable in Bookeasy Staff Consoles
Payment Summary Breakdown Report Improvements
This report is now able to be generated within a certain time frame in terms of date, and time.
Trust Monies on Hand Filters
This report can now successfully be filtered to reflect results that were reconciled within a certain period
