Product History Report

Allows a user to view Stock Adjustments, Transfers and Sales through Bookeasy's POS

Stock Adjustments

Provides the ability to add or reduce stock levels through Bookeasy's POS, this functionality is currently under development and is yet to be released to our client base. The Bookeasy Team will be sure to communicate further closer to the launch date.

StockTake

Allows users to count and update inventor, this functionality is currently under development and is yet to be released to our client base. The Bookeasy Team will be sure to communicate further closer to the launch date.

Improvements

Ability to Modify Rezdy Bookings

Customer Details on Rezdy Bookings can now be amended as opposed to cancelled and re-booked.

Prevent Tours and Tour Masters being saved with customerid=0

The Bookeasy System will now longer allow tour product to save with the above parameter.

Booking Reservation Tax Invoice Enhancements

Bookeasy have added a 'Send Tax Invoice' button to the Itinerary Screen allowing visitor centre staff and booking agents the ability to send the guest a Tax Invoice with the click of a button.

Image Migration

Bookeasy are working on improving the current way our images are stored

Finance Report Changes

Apply to specific consoles only, POS payments now appear.

Unable to connect LIVN operators to additional Destination Partners

The new and improved Operator Booking Engine's are now able to reflect specials accurately, that the operator has setup within their Bookeasy console
