Bookeasy have developed the reporting feature in Agent Consoles

Packages 
Booking Question's that are setup to Add a Product will no longer display when booking a Package due to the complexities in system logic required to ensure existing functionality remains working.

Cancellation Records queuing and processing review 
Bookeasy has since prevented duplicates from getting into the queue so no error can be returned

Legacy Retail Barcodes Incorrectly Downloading/Printing 
Bookeasy's Legacy Retail Barcode functionality now works as expected

Unable to Amend Rezdy Product Descriptions
Product descriptions imported from Rezdy are now able to amended via the Bookeasy Member Console

Customised Letters no longer automatically send for Online Bookings 
Room and Tour Manager's Customised Letters are now triggering for all online bookings if this setting is selected

Reservation Search Screen Logic Review 
Bookeasy's Staff Console's reservation search has been reviewed to ensure accurate results for every selected filter

PayPal Payment Processing
We are pleased to advise that payments are successfully processing through PayPal for Bookeasy clients

VIC Staff Bookings unable to be managed from a Member Console
Bookeasy's 'Self-Managed' add on is now working correctly where operators are able to manage Visitor Centre reservations

Report Builder Incorrect Payment Value
Report Builder was incorrectly calculating Payment Totals  when using certain filter in conjunction with particular data columns, this has now been resolved

Bookeasy is not giving the cheapest rate option when returning a Rezdy quote
An enhancement has been made where Bookeasy now more accurately maps Rate Types being imported from Rezdy

Automatic Emails generating when payment made
Room and Tour Manager will no longer trigger an email to be sent to the guest when a payment is added to their Itinerary or Booking

In House Bookeasy Test Gadgets reflecting no Results
A large special discount was preventing results from loading, the max size allowed was increased
