Enhancements
- Emailing Log Screens - Bookeasy are pleased to advise of the successful release of the new Email History feature in Staff Consoles
- Packages - Booking Questions - Booking Questions affiliated with a certain product now display when booking the product as a Visitor Centre Package
- Package Restrictions - Bookeasy are excited to announce a shake up of the Packages module, with rates now able to be retrieved from an operator's Daily Rates.
- Edit Review Form - As part of Bookeasy's ongoing Review project, the functionality and user interface to edit a review form has now been developed.
- Manage Review Forms - The ability to manage Review Forms is also required as part of the Review project
- Submit Review Forms - Guests will soon have the ability to submit review forms via Bookeasy's Client Console
- Review Request Email - A template for Bookeasy's coming Review Request emails, as well as the creation of the user interface to override defaults and add imagery
- Review Operator Notification - An email notification for operator's should they receive a review from a guest.
- Guest Notification - An email notification to the guest when an operator responds to a submitted review.
- Operator Product Review - The ability for operator's to manage submitted reviews has been developed however not yet added to the live console
- Custom Review Questions - Functionality that allows operator's to create custom review questions to appear on forms sent to guests
- Email History for Reviews - Reviews previously sent and received will reflect as results in Bookeasy's new Email History area
- Create Reviews functionality as a Module - Bookeasy has developed the Reviews feature as an available 'Add On'
- Livn Pickup Locations as Booking Questions - Work has now been completed to allow for Pickup options to be imported through to Bookeasy as Booking Questions
- Review Notifier Service - Has now been developed to ensure reviews are triggered and sent when required
- SecurePay Response Logging - Bookeasy has completed creating logging to review SecurePay Gateway requests and responses
- Eway Response Logging - Bookeasy has completed creating logging to review Eway Gateway requests and responses
- Booking Process Logging - Bookeasy has completed creating logging to review Bookeasy's Booking process requests and responses
- Performance Tune the SJP - Bookeasy's 'getAccomRoomsDetails' SJP call has been performance tuned to ensure quicker results.
Bug Fixes
- Summary and PDF Itinerary reflecting incorrect information - All summaries and itineraries sent to guests will now reflect the information as it appears in Itinerary Setup via Bookeasy's Staff Console
- Disable Permit Letters for Cancellations - Permit Letters have now been disabled for cancelled Itineraries, guests will receive Bookeasy's standard Itinerary using overrides located in Itinerary Setup
- Next Available Date differs - The Next Available Date for Rezdy product now reflect's correctly, as per the information being retrieved from Rezdy's API
- Missing Product Codes - Ticket product codes now reflect on the Payment Summary Breakdown report available via the Legacy Dashboard
- Unable to book $0.00 products - Bookeasy now allows $0.00 product to be sold via it's gadgets, both internally and online. Should an operator be reflecting as FREE, please review their rates as a booking can be made.
