On the 09-11-2016 at 08.30pm saw the successful deployment into production. We have included a brief description of the tasks which were released.

Enhancements

  • Mandatory PickUp and Drop Off Routes - Route selection mandatory as opposed to Text Fields
  • Disable Payments on Unconfirmed Bookings - Payments can no longer be added to Reserved Bookings
  • Cancelled Bookings omitted from Receipts - Cancelled bookings will no longer display on receipts
  • Quick Tour V1 - The rate was not holding when entered into this search
  • Bookeasy Email Service - A background change was made to log emails for a client
  • Upgrade Payment Add Screen - The payment add screen has been converted to MVC
  • Mobile Number on IT's - The mobile number was not appearing on the Full IT's
  • Tour Description - The Tour Description has now been added on the FULL IT
  • Receipts - We have removed cancelled bookings from the receipts
  • Availability calendar - Some clients reported the avail calendar was hard to read, we adjusted the colours slightly
  • SMS Content - Updated the SMS content to include the previous text which was removed due to the itinerary changes
  • Create Expand Collapse - Created an expand collapse function on the availability calendar. 

 

Bug Fixes

  • Quick Tour Booking Rate - Now saves the rate entered into Quick Booking screen once Itinerary has loaded
  • Tour Description on New Itineraries - Now reflects the Tour Description as entered into the product setup
  • Override Cancellation Policy - Will now replace the Cancellation Policy.
  • Tours Duplicating - Tour occurrences were duplicating for some clients, this has now been resolved
  • CC details not storing in the vault - Credit Card details were not stored in the vault for Direct Connect Users
  • Agents could not make bookings - Agents could not process bookings through the gadgets for some clients, this has been resolved.
  • Invalid operator emails - Operators with invalid email address's would cause an error when booking, now the booking will be processed and no email generated
  • Add accommodation booking - Some clients could not add accommodation bookings under the operator search
  • Override Cancellation Policy - The override cancellation policy was not functioning on the new IT's
