On the 13-07-2016 at 08.30pm saw the successful deployment into production. We have included a brief description of the tasks which were released.

Enhancements

• Member Console Changes - Changed the Reservation Page to not show total due if not on iconnect and direct connect 
  
• Image Audit - We have now created an image audit for new site developments
  
• New Default Images - New Default Images have been added when there is no primary thumbnail
  
• Bulk Rate Update - A bulk rate update for all operators motherships by DEWNR

 

Bug Fixes

• Incorrect Availability in Availability Calendar  - In specific setups, cancelled bookings were showing in the availability calendar. This is now no longer the case
  
• Could Not Set a Deposit - Bookeasy staff users could not save a deposit in control due to an error 
  
• Add on Reporting - Some clients have additional addon reports which did not display
  
• Room Manager Totals - The total amounts were showing incorrect in Room Manager for some bookings
  
• Remove year dropdown in report builder  - In the report builder there was a drop down to compare year, this is now a tick box
  
• Backend Letter Changes - Some hidden changes have been released for letters
  
• Double Entry of Guest Names - Some operators had a double up of guest names through the booking questions
  
• Add Custom Booking Fees to Report Builder- Custom Booking Fees can now be reported on through report builder
