What's New?!


Split Payment Refinements

When a booking is cancelled, Bookeasy will no longer remove the allocated funds from the booking, these will now remain reflected against the operator as a negative. To do this, we have redesigned the 'Add Payment' and 'Record a Refund' pages, to allow a user to select which booking a refund should be allocated to


'Restricted' button for external Gadgets

Bookeasy's Online Gadgets will now reflect a products as 'Restricted' should the user search for a number of guests that is higher than the product's maximum capacity setup in Bookeasy



Improvements


Gold Medal Bookings Made Online with no Payment Recorded

Bookeasy have since made changes to ensure payments are re-tried should they fail due to a system deadlock. If the re-tried payment still fails, the booking will drop in as Auto Cancelled to avoid guest confusion regarding it's current status


Channel Manager Failed Notifications

Bookeasy has created an internal report, available to staff members, that reflect any booking notifications that failed to be sent to ResOnline. Once we are confident this report works as intended, further Channel Managers will be added to allow full transparency, as well as the ability to support clients more effectively.




Bug Fixes


Able to see Partner Connection and Channel Manager Information on Internal Operator Details Gadget screen

This information will now be included on all operators, despite the number of products they have


ATDW Event Import for Multiple Listings

The ATDW Event Import is now able to synchronise multiple listings in one go


Campaign Commissions now apply to Campaign Bookings

Commissions for Campaign Products will first be picked up from the 'Connect Bookable Product' Screen. Should the field on this screen be left blank, the commission will instead be read from the 'Campaign Setup' Page
