Bank of New Zealand Bank File
Bookeasy now supports a downloadable bank file built specifically for Bank of New Zealand to ensure that Bookeasy clients using this bank can upload their Operator Returns in their banking portal
Agent Bank Details Fields
An Agent's bank details can now be added to their Agent Profile via Bookeasy. These new fields can also be reported on using the 'Agent Commissions Report' and are included in both the CSV and PDF Download
Affiliate Console Returns Reporting
The purpose of this page is to provide Affiliate Consoles with a list of operator returns for bookings made by the Affiliate. The report has an option to also display bookings that are yet to have had an operator return run by the booking centre managing the booking.

Payment History By Operator Report
Bookeasy's Payment History Report By Operator has had a few changes made to it to based on client feedback to ensure ease of use
- Users now have the options to export all 4 tabs of results to one spreadsheet to allow for ease of printing - Click Here to View
- The Booking Total column has now been re-named to 'Original Booking Total' with a new column created for 'Current Booking Total' to ease confusion
- Product Type has now been added to the Operator Summary Tab
Packages Reporting Improvements
Bookeasy's Packages Report now allows for filtering by Booking Date
Bug Fixes
Internal Accommodation and Tour Search Results
The internal Accommodation and Tour Search results no longer differ depending on whether the Location Filter is selected as 'All Locations', or all locations were selected individually
2024 Arrival and Departure Dates
Internal bookings made via 'Add Other Booking' will no longer drop into the system with a 2024 arrival and departure date, instead, these reservations should reflect the date selected via the shopping cart
Partner Connected Operator Password Changes
Operators connected via Partner Connect (Rezdy/Livn) will keep their existing Bookeasy passwords when a Partner Connection Refresh is run
Partner Connect bookings in conjunction with Auto Cancelled Bookings
Using Bookeasy's 'Auto Cancel Unpaid, Online Bookings After x Number of Minutes' now works in conjunction with Partner Connect Bookings. Reservations cancelled due to the Auto Cancelled feature will also appear as Cancelled in the Partner Connect system
Cool Dingo Tours Bookable via Bookeasy
The above operator can be successfully booked after a Partner Connection has been established
Deleting Disconnected Partner Connection Occurrences
Products that no longer have an active Partner Connection can have their Occurrences deleted as expected
