There are multiple scenarios that may require staff to flag a booking so it can be followed up at a future date and/or time. For example, perhaps your centre has confirmed a booking that was originally on request, and you’re trying to contact the guest for payment?
For staff responsible for the management of reservations, each booking listed in Bookeasy’s reservations list provides the ability to set a follow up flag for a specific date and time. When the date and time for follow up expires, Bookeasy will send an automatic email notification to the Tourism Centre advising that a follow up is due for the booking.
