  • Emailing Log Screens  - Bookeasy are currently re designing the way sent emails are located and displayed within Visitor Centre Staff Consoles
  • Packages Enhancements - Bookeasy's Packages module has been long overdue some much needed TLC
  • Bookeasy Staff Console Review Forms Summary - Bookeasy has developed a Review Form Summary report however remains hidden from the user interface.
  • Bookeasy Staff Console Review Form Edit - The Edit page for Review Forms has now been built however remains hidden from the user interface.
  • Bookeasy Staff Console Itinerary Link - A link to the Review has been added to Bookeasy Itinerary Screens, at this stage, the link remains hidden.
  • Bookeasy Staff Console Manage Reviews - Reviews can now be managed from this area of the Bookeasy Staff Console, although this page currently remains hidden.
  • Bookeasy Staff Console Review Details - An area has now been developed that allows users to view the Review in it's entirety, however remains hidden from the user interface.
  • Bookeasy Staff Console Operator Review Reset - Bookeasy has been developed to allow for operator reviews to be reset
  • Bookeasy Staff Console Operator Review Profile Page - A profile page for operator reviews has now been developed, although this page currently remains hidden.
  • Bookeasy Staff Console Operator Review Pop Up - A pop up page has been created to allow for easier review viewing, however remains hidden from the user interface.
  • Bookeasy Client Console Submit Review - Bookeasy's Client Console now includes an area where a guest may Submit a Review, at this stage, the link remains hidden.
  • Bookeasy Operator Console View Product Reviews - An area in the Bookeasy's Operator Consoles has now been created that allows operators to view product reviews
  • Bookeasy Operator Console View Product Review Details - Bookeasy has also created a page where operator's can read a review in it's entirety
  • Bookeasy Operator Console Custom Review Questions - This feature will allow operators to ask guest's any question they like to be included in the Review Form.
  • Reviews to be created as a Module - The new reviews feature has been developed as a Module that can be switched on or off for any client
  • SJP Enhancements - Bookeasy's SJP is now able to return Long and Lat for regions
  • Convert cancellation policy - Webdatabase cancellation policies must be converted before they are able to be imported into the Bookeasy System.



Bug Fixes


  • PickUp and DropOff Route Times - Now reflect on Bookeay's newly updated Itineraries that are sent to guest's as an attachment on reservation emails.
  • Non-Registered GST Operators Displaying GST Inclusive - Operators who are unregistered for GST will produce Tax Invoices that do not mention GST
  • ATDW Sync Error - Bookeasy's connection with ATDW data is back up and running as expected.
  • Report Builder Results - The Report Builder will now filter out unlinked product by default
  • Unconfirmed Bookings reflecting as Paid in Client Consoles - This issue was related to the automatic Agent Vouchers and Commissions that are applied to Agent Bookings and has now been resolved.
  • Cancelled Bookings leaving Cost Adjustment - The Total Cost of reservations will now be reduced to zero once bookings are cancelled, despite any Cost Adjustments that may be applied
  • Business Number Label and Taxation Amounts - Will now honor Bookeay's Operator Import spreadsheets, a data-fix was also completed to fix up any existing labels and amounts that were incorrect.
  • Rezdy Booking Issue - Has now been resolved and booings are going through as expected.
  • Bookeasy Time Out - Bookeasy's developers have located and resolved an inefficient section of logic that has resulted in the Bookeasy System running significantly faster for all clients
  • Extras being added to Total Cost - Operator's adding extras to visitor centre bookings will no longer affect the total cost of the visitor centre's reservations
  • Emailing Log Screens Post Release Issue - Kinks were ironed out for Emailing Log Screens that was released previously.
  • Occurrence times out of order - Internal booking gadgets now reflect occurrences in chronological order.
