Enhancements

 

  • Emailing Log Screens  - Bookeasy are currently re designing the way sent emails are located and displayed within Visitor Centre Staff Consoles
  • Vouchers split across multiple pages - Ticket Vouchers will now be separated by page breaks to ensure that the whole ticket is included on the one page
  • Import Procedure for existing AA Review data - An import procedure was developed to ensure existing AA Review Data was transferred over to the Bookeasy system
  • AANZBridge - Triggers for sending data to AA were developed and implemented into the Bookeasy system
  • Room and Tour Manager Itineraries - Redesigned Itineraries were released for Bookeasy's Room and Tour Manager systems
  • Bookeasy Reviews - Bookeasy are currently developing a review system for guests and centres to use online
  • Mothership Name - Has been added back to the Operator Details screens within Bookeasy Staff Consoles
  • Operator Information SJP improvement - Get Operator Information SJP Call has been fine tuned to ensure faster result times
  • Search Field for Operator Name - Bookeasy's Reservation Search screen now allows a search term to be entered to drill down to a particular operator more quickly



Bug Fixes


  • Tour Departure Date removed from SMS   - SMS Messages sent for Tour bookings was displaying an incorrect departure date, this was removed as the departure date is always the same as the arrival that is also displayed
  • Customer name not displayed in Rezdy - Bookeasy have ensured that Guest Names are always passed to Rezdy to display withn their system
  • Product Descriptions displaying oddly - Product Descriptions imported from Rezdy no longer contain unwanted HTML throughout words and sentences when newly imported.
  • Guest Phone Number in Member Consoles - Guest phone numbers will no longer display in a member console's To-Do-List until the booking is confirmed and fully paid.
  • White Text on White Background - When searching for a Package name or date, the text in that search field was white, meaning it could not be seen against the white background. Text is now black and can be seen
  • Agent Invoices Inaccessible - Agent Invoices are now accessible again via Bookeay's Tour Manager system
  • GST on Payment Amount - GST Amounts now reflect along with a Total Cpst per booking, instead of duplicating Itinerary costs
  • BAR incorrectly selected from alternate products - Rezdy rates were appearing next to incorrect products, this has now been resolved.
  • ResOnline updates to Room Manager - Are back to working as expected for all operators and dates
  • Rate mapping incorrect - Rezdy Rates Mapping has now been fine tuned for a particular operator who was having trouble connecting 
  • Rezdy Group Rates mapping - Bookeasy has now been developed to handle Group Rates beign imported from Rezdy in a much better fashion
  • Blank Total Paid - Bookings were being inserted into Staff Consoles with Blank Total Paid, instead of $0.00, this has now been resolved.
  • Unexpected Errors - One of the causes for the increase in these errors was found and resolved.
